1-41-16. Environmental protection functions of department and secretary.The Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the secretary of agriculture and natural resources shall perform the functions of the former Department of Environmental Protection and the former secretary of environmental protection pursuant to chapters 34A-2, 34A-3, and 34A-9.
