1-41-17. Water quality and hygiene functions.The secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection, relating to the divisions of water quality and water hygiene, pursuant to chapters 34A-2, 34A-3, and 34A-9.
