1-41-19.2. Officers of Board of Minerals and Environment--Quorum--Meetings.The Board of Minerals and Environment shall annually elect from its members such officers as it deems advisable. A majority of the board members constitutes a quorum. The board shall hold meetings at the call of the chair or a majority of the members, but at least one meeting shall be held every three months.
