1-41-22. Report required following the issuance of uncontested permits.Following the issuance of any uncontested permit by the secretary pursuant to chapter 34A-1, 34A-2, 34A-6, 34A-11, 45-6B, 45-6D, or 45-9, the secretary shall give the board having jurisdiction over the permit a report.
