1-53-33. Severability of provisions.If any provision of §§1-53-23 to 1-53-37, inclusive, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of §§1-53-23 to 1-53-37, inclusive, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
