Enforcement by court action--Injunctive relief.In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the commissioner may proceed by suit in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the terms and provisions of §§1-53-38 to 1-53-47, inclusive, and of any license issued pursuant to §§1-53-38 to 1-53-47, inclusive.
