Annual report to Governor--Contents and date of filing.The Department of Revenue shall make an annual report to the Governor showing in the tabulated form the value of property for the purposes of taxation for the current year, together with such other information as the department may deem advisable. Such report shall be made and filed, in duplicate, on the first day of July or as soon thereafter as possible and not later than the first day of November.
