10-11-42.2. Notice of decision by Office of Hearing Examiners.The Office of Hearing Examiners shall serve notice of its decision, by certified mail, on the parties to the appeal, the county auditor, the secretary of revenue, and on permitted intervenors before the Office of Hearing Examiners.
