State officials authorized to withdraw fuel for testing.Authorized personnel of the department, the Internal Revenue Service, the Highway Patrol, and local law enforcement agencies may withdraw fuel from motor vehicles, machinery, equipment, and storage facilities in quantities sufficient to test for purposes of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
