Secretary may require additional information.In addition to the information required to be submitted pursuant to §§10-50-72 to 10-50-92, inclusive, the secretary may require a distributor, wholesaler, or tobacco product manufacturer to submit information, including samples of the packaging or labeling of each brand family, as necessary to determine whether a tobacco product manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler is in compliance with §§10-50-72 to 10-50-92, inclusive.
