10-50-89. Promulgation of rules--Certification, reporting and directory.The secretary, for purposes of §§10-50-72 to 10-50-92, inclusive, may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning the procedures, forms, and contents for:(1)The certification process for tobacco product manufacturers;(2)The reporting requirements for distributors and wholesalers; and(3)The directory of tobacco product manufacturers that have complied with the requirements of §§10-50-72 to 10-50-92, inclusive.
