Injunction proceedings to prevent or abate violations.In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of the regulations or restrictions of an ordinance adopted pursuant to this chapter, the board of county commissioners or any member thereof, in addition to other remedies, may institute an appropriate action or proceedings to seek an injunction in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such violation or threatened violation and it is the duty of the state's attorney to institute such action.
