Section 11-2-63 - Board may return certified copies of papers--Grounds of decision set forth

11-2-63. Board may return certified copies of papers--Grounds of decision set forth.The board of adjustment is not required to return the original papers acted upon by it, but it is sufficient to return certified copies of the papers, or of such portions of the papers as may be called for by the writ. The return shall concisely set forth such other facts pertinent and material to show the grounds of the decision appealed from and shall be verified. Source: SL 2000, ch 69, §33.
