11-2-9. Funds, equipment, and accommodations provided by county--Expenses of planning commission members.The board of county commissioners shall provide the funds, equipment, and accommodations necessary for such planning activity as the board determines. Such appropriation may include payment for actual expenses of the members of the planning commission or payment on a per diem basis as determined by the board. Source: SL 1967, ch 20, §7.
