Sizes of plats filed with register--Materials used.Each plat filed with the register of deeds shall be fifteen by twenty-six inches, eleven by seventeen inches, or eight and one-half by fourteen inches. Each plat shall be drawn on drafting linen, matte film, or mylar, with waterproof black ink and each signature shall be made with permanent ink. No other plat may be recorded.
