§ 11-3-23-1

11-3-23.1. Grant of petition by board of county commissioners--Payment of property taxes.If after the hearing required by §11-3-22.1, the board of county commissioners determines that the granting of the petition will not abridge or destroy any of the rights and privileges of other proprietors of such plat and will not authorize the closing or obstruction of any public highway laid out according to law, it may vacate the plat specified in the petition. All property taxes on such plat shall be paid before it may be vacated. Source: SL 1988, ch 128, §3.
