11-3-7.Naming of additions and subdivisions.Every addition or subdivision within a county, municipality or unincorporated town shall be named as follows, to wit: ____ Addition (or Subdivision) to the municipality (or unincorporated town) of ____ or ____ Addition (or Subdivision) in the ____ quarter, Section ____, T ____, R ____, ____ of the ____ P.M. in the county of ____, except that Sections ____, T ____, R ____, ____ of the P. M. shall not be required when such addition or subdivision is located within the boundaries of an incorporated municipality.
