11-4-21. Notice and hearing by board of adjustment--Hearing open to public. The board of adjustment shall hold at least one public hearing of the appeal. Notice of the time and place of the hearing shall be given once at least ten days in advance by publication in a legal newspaper of the municipality, and due notice shall be given to the parties in interest. The board shall decide the appeal within sixty days of receiving a notice of appeal. Any party may appear at the hearing in person or by agent or by attorney.
