11-8-41. Appointment and terms of office of commissioners of urban renewal agency.If the urban renewal agency is authorized to transact business and exercise powers hereunder, the mayor, by and with the advice and consent of the local governing body, shall appoint a board of commissioners of the urban renewal agency which shall consist of not less than five, nor more than nine commissioners, which number shall be determined by the local governing body.
