11-8-58. Negotiated sale of urban renewal property--Advertising and invitation for proposals.A municipality may dispose of real property in an urban renewal area to private persons on a negotiated basis at a price not less than its fair market value. Notice of the intent of the municipality to dispose of the real property and an invitation to submit proposals shall be published for one week.
