11-9-16. Additional contents of project plan.The project plan for each district must contain:(1)A map showing the existing uses and conditions of real property in the district;(2)A map showing the proposed improvements and uses;(3)A map showing the proposed changes of zoning ordinances;(4)A statement listing changes needed in the master plan, map, building codes, and ordinances of the political subdivision;(5)A list of estimated nonproject costs; and(6)A statement of a proposed method for the relocation of persons to be displaced.
