11-9-32. Permissible uses of special fund.Moneys may only be paid out of the special fund created under §11-9-31 to pay project costs or grants of the district, to reimburse the political subdivision for the payment of project costs or grants of the district, or to satisfy claims of holders of tax increment bonds issued for the district.
