11-11-23. Benefits of state employees provided.The executive director and employees of the authority shall be provided comparable employee benefits offered to state employees by chapters 3-6C, 3-6E, 3-10, 3-11, and 3-12C and for purposes of administration of this section, the executive director and employees of the authority shall be offered no other employee benefits. The compensation paid for terminated employees is limited to accrued vacation pay and sick leave as provided in chapter 3-6C.For purposes of implementation of this section, the authority may grant a maximum of the vacation pay and sick pay consistent with what the employee would have earned had he been covered by chapter 3-6C since the start of employment with the authority.
