11-11-27. Power to sue and be sued--Seal--Perpetual succession--Office.The authority may:(1)Sue and be sued in its own name;(2)Have an official seal and alter the same at pleasure;(3)Have perpetual succession; and(4)Maintain an office at such place or places within this state as it may designate.
