Section 11-11-67 - Continuing validity of signatures by commissioners or officers

Continuing validity of signatures by commissioners or officers.If any of the commissioners, executive director, or officers of the authority whose signatures appear on any bonds ceases to be such commissioners, executive director, or officers before the delivery of such bonds, such signatures are, nevertheless, valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if such directors or officers had remained in office until such delivery.
