11-11-76. Annual budget estimate for restoration of capital reserve fund--Governor's budget--Deposit of appropriated funds.The chairman of the authority shall annually submit through the Bureau of Finance and Management to the Governor, in accordance with §4-7-7, a budget estimate stating the sum, if any, needed to restore the capital reserve fund to the maximum capital reserve fund requirement for such fund. If the chairman certifies a need to restore the capital reserve fund to its maximum requirement, the Governor shall submit a budget in accordance with §4-7-9 including the sum required to restore the capital reserve fund to its maximum requirement.
