12-1-29. Payment of expenses of proceedings.The arbitrator's expenses and fees, together with other expenses, not including counsel fees, incurred in the conduct of arbitration, shall be paid as provided in the resolution pronouncement. Source: SL 2003, ch 83, §24; SDCL, §12-4-50.
