12-17B-17. Promulgation of rules.The State Board of Elections may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:(1)The criteria and procedure for approving voting systems pursuant to this chapter;(2)Notices and forms;(3)Test procedures; and(4)The arrangement and conduct of voting, absentee voting, tabulating, preparing returns, and recounts.
