12-17B-19. Post-election audit--Payment of costs--Promulgation of rules.The office of the secretary of state shall reimburse each county for the cost of any post-election audit required by §§12-17B-18 to 12-17B-25, inclusive. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, administering the reimbursement process and defining reimbursable expenses and reimbursement rates for post-election audits.
