12-17B-22. Publication of results.The county auditor shall send the results of the post-election audit to the secretary of state and present the results of the audit to the county commission at its next meeting. The results of the audit shall be included in the minutes of the county commission meeting.The secretary of state shall publish the results of the post-election audit on the secretary of state's website.
