12-19-14. Unlawful disposition of ballot or ballot link--Violation as misdemeanor.Any voter who, having procured an official ballot or a Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act ballot link as provided in §§12-19-1 to 12-19-12, inclusive, intentionally disposes of a ballot in any manner other than as provided in those sections or provides the ballot link to any other person is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
