12-22-7. Original jurisdiction of contests.Original jurisdiction over such contests shall be as follows:(1)As to contests involving state offices, or judicial officers in the Supreme Court;(2)As to all other contests, in the circuit court of a county which includes the locality where the election or some part thereof was conducted.
