Exclusion by precinct superintendent or precinct deputy of lawful vote as misdemeanor.A precinct superintendent or precinct deputy who intentionally excludes any vote duly tendered, knowing that the person offering the same is lawfully entitled to vote at the election, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
