13-15-23. Transportation needs for students commuting between South Dakota and Minnesota.For any student attending a school pursuant to §13-15-21, student transportation shall be negotiated between the districts of residence and attendance with consideration to differing transportation needs any payment thereof shall be negotiated. Transportation options may include bus service to and from the district boundary or a designated location, or bus service to and from the student's home. Source: SL 1992, ch 123, §3.
