13-39-42. State board examination of plan for multidistrict, career and technical academy--Approval or disapproval.When the state board receives a proposed plan to establish a multidistrict, career and technical academy, the board shall examine the plan and may conduct hearings to receive evidence pertaining to the proposed multidistrict, career and technical academy.
