13-39-50. Voting by center board members--Quorum--Majority required for action.Each center board member shall be entitled to one vote. A majority of the members of a center board shall constitute a quorum. Any motion or resolution may be adopted only by a majority vote of the members of the center board. Source: SL 1973, ch 123, §11.
