13-39A-29. Technical college equipment fund.There is established a technical college equipment fund. Any money in the technical college equipment fund is continuously appropriated to the board for distribution as provided in this section. The board shall distribute the money to the technical colleges to purchase equipment. Any equipment purchase shall be based upon priorities established by each technical college, approved by each technical college's governing body, and approved by the board.
