13-39A-30. Payment of obligations under lease-purchase agreement.All or any portion of the lease-purchase obligations under or in connection with any lease-purchase agreement authorized in §§13-39A-24 and 13-39A-25 may be paid or discharged out of moneys available from the investment earnings on the technical colleges trust fund or from any amounts on deposit in the tuition subaccount of the fund upon the determination by the board to pledge or otherwise transfer any amounts to the South Dakota Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
