Section 13-43-60 - Certification of health of employee

Certification of health of employee.If, at any time, there is reasonable cause to believe that an employee is suffering from a mental or physical condition that could be detrimental to the health or safety of the employee, any student, or any other employee, the superintendent may require a certification of health.
