13-55-45. Secretary to approve vouchers and draw warrants.The secretary of the Department of Education shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by §§13-55-37 to 13-55-46, inclusive. Source: SL 2003, ch 109, §10; SL 2003, ch 272, §63.
