13-55-9. Certificate of eligibility of veteran's orphan--Action of board final.If the Board of Regents determines that any person applying under §13-55-8 is entitled to free tuition in any state educational institution under the control and management of the Board of Regents, the board shall issue its certificate in duplicate that the person is entitled to free tuition in such an educational institution. One of the duplicate certificates shall be delivered to the educational institution with which the person desires to matriculate and the other duplicate certificate shall be delivered to the person applying for the benefits of §13-55-6.
