Labor and social services departments to supply address and employer of defaulting debtor.Upon receipt of a certificate from any officer of any agency or corporation guaranteeing or administering any student, parent, or other loan guaranteed or insured by the United States pursuant to the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, that a debtor is in default in the repayment of such loans and that such agency or corporation is unable to locate the debtor or identify the debtor's place of employment, the Department of Labor and Regulation may supply to the agency or corporation the last known address of the debtor and the last known name and address of the employer of the debtor.
