Consent to jurisdiction by persons selling property or services to residents--Service.Any person selling property or services to residents of this state, where the property is delivered to this state or the beneficial use of the service occurs in this state, is considered to have consented to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state for the exclusive purpose of enforcing §10-46-18.3. Service of process upon persons subject to this section may be made by service outside this state in the same manner provided for service within this state with the same force and effect as though service had been made within this state.
