15-14-31. Minute entry on receipt of verdict--Contents.Upon receiving a verdict an entry must be made by the clerk in the minutes of the court, specifying the time of trial, the names of the jurors and witnesses, and setting out the verdict at length. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, §33.1338.
