Partial satisfaction of judgment--Docket entry and partial discharge of liens.Any partial satisfaction of any judgment rendered or docketed in the circuit courts of this state may be made and noted upon the records in like manner; and thereupon all judgments and liens thereby created, must be taken and deemed to be canceled and discharged to the extent of the entries so made upon the judgment docket and no more.
