Lien of federal court judgment.When judgments and decrees of the district court of the United States, or duly authenticated copies thereof, or transcripts therefrom containing the facts needed for a docket entry of a judgment or decree of the circuit courts of this state, are filed and docketed as provided in §15-16-28, such judgments and decrees are liens to the same extent as judgments and decrees of the circuit courts of this state.
