15-16-42. Judgment ceases to be lien upon discharge.Upon the discharge of a judgment by the clerk pursuant to §15-16-39, a judgment shall cease to be a lien on any real property that the person discharged in bankruptcy owns or later acquires. Source: SL 2012, ch 110, §6.
