Expenses of requiring jury to report--Apportionment.If a civil jury case is settled within forty-eight hours, or such other time as fixed by the court, of the time the jury is scheduled to report, the trial court may impose against one or all parties the expenses of requiring the jury to report, together with other items as may be appropriate.
