15-19-10. Time and place of real property sales.Judicial sales of real estate may be held on any day except Sunday and must be held between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon.Such sales shall be held at the front door of the courthouse of the county in which the real property is situated, except as provided in §§15-19-11 and 15-19-12.
