Terms imposed on unreasonable and vexatious petition for appeal from intermediate order.In any case where the Supreme Court is satisfied that a petition for allowance of an appeal from an intermediate order has been filed without reasonable grounds, and that the filing of the same may be fairly considered vexatious, the court may impose upon the petitioner such terms as the court deems proper.
